GENERAL REGULATIONS |

- Punctuality shall be strictly maintained. Latecomers in the morning will not be allowed to enter the class without reporting the office. Those who are habitually latecomers will be fined and may be struck off in extreme cases.
- students should come to school in uniform, which should be neat and tidy in every respect.
- Leave of absence will be granted for very special reason only.
- students are not allowed to bring magazines, books to school other their own class books.
- Parents are requested to see that their children prepare their lessons and do their homework regularly.
- The Principal reserves the right to withdrawal of any student in the interest of the school.
- Friday and last working day of the month are half days.
- Parents are requested to see and sign the student’s diary of daily lessons and homework regularly.
- Damage to the school’s property will be recovered by imposing fines on those students who are held responsible.
- Valuable objects, ornaments, expensive wristwatches etc should not be brought to the school cannot accept responsibility for loss.
- Students having appointments with doctors, dentists should arrange for visit from their homes.
- Students shall not be allowed to see visitors during school hours, unless a valid reason is intimated to the office by the parents.
- Students are advised to follow the regulations of the school. Fines will be imposed for breaking rules and disturbing the discipline of the school. Parents are requested to follow the progress of their daughter and to see that they don’t break the rules, for which they may be asked to leave or be expelled in extreme cases.
- Students who have absented themselves from the school for one week without permission from the school authorities will be struck off the roles of school.
- A student guilty of misconduct will be suspended from the school and she will be taken back only on a written assurance signed by the parents / guardian.
- The student must maintain cleanliness in the school.
- In order to inform the parents about their daughter’s progress the result is sent in the form of a “a Report Card”. Parents should make sure that they duly sign the report card.
- Date of Birth recorded at the time of admission can not be changed in any circumstances.
