ELIGIBILITY:

Candidates possessing M.Phil degree or First class or a CGPA of 3.0 in relevant Master degree of the University shall be eligible for admission to Ph.D. course on the recommendation of the Graduate Studies Committee and with the approval of the Vice-Chancellor provided that candidates having 45% marks or equivalent grade in M.A. English shall stand eligible for admission.

Ph.D (Arts Group):-  Arabic, Archaeology, Economics, Education, English, Islamiyat, History, Pol. Science, Psychology, Pub. Administration, Social Work, Education, Central Asian Studies.

Ph.D (Science Group):-  Botany, Chemistry, Geography, Geology, Physics, Physical Chemistry, Zoology, Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Ph.D (Oriental Languages):- Persian, Urdu, Pushto

Ph.D (Arabic and Islamic Studies):- Islamiyat, Arabic & Seerat Studies
